Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our timepieces. Your watch is covered by a minimum 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, protecting against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing defects in the watch movement, hands, and dial.

• Any functional issues resulting from faulty craftsmanship or materials.

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, aging of materials, etc.).

• Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

• Water damage beyond the watch’s intended use.

 

Water Resistance

Your watch is 5 ATM water-resistant, meaning it can handle everyday exposure to water, such as handwashing and showering in moderate temperatures. However, we do not cover water damage, as factors like temperature changes, steam, and incorrect usage can compromise water resistance over time. To ensure longevity, we recommend avoiding high-pressure water exposure, hot showers, and swimming.
